Taylor Baker
Consultant and Trainer

Taylor Baker graduated from Missouri State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She is now an educational consultant and former classroom teacher with a passion for helping educators simplify instruction and teach with confidence. 

During her seven years in the classroom, Taylor taught both upper and lower elementary grades and served in several leadership roles, including PLC team member, Math Curriculum Team member, and Lead RTI Coordinator. These experiences helped her develop a strong understanding of effective instruction and student support.

Taylor is passionate about making teaching more practical, manageable, and clear. As someone who is fresh from the classroom, she enjoys sharing real-world strategies that help teachers simplify their work, gain clarity, and focus on what matters most—student success.

Taylor and her husband have lived in Willard, Missouri, for the past eight years, where they are raising their three children; Langston, Corbyn and Tatum. She stays busy chasing her little ones and enjoys reading, being active, and spending time with her family.
